Overview

AI-powered research and proposal factory: replaces 6 junior analysts with 1 ops lead. Proposal first-draft time 5 days → 4 hours; win rate on submitted proposals rises from 31% to 47%.

The challenge

Afkar's six junior analysts spent 70% of their time on desk research, competitor benchmarking, and slide population — tasks with low cognitive value but high hours. This meant senior consultants could only pursue three to four client proposals per month, capping revenue growth. Win rates were also limited by inconsistent proposal quality: some analysts produced stronger market-sizing sections while others excelled at financial modelling.

The solution

Our approach

Lirevon built a proposal orchestration system grounded on Afkar's 80-proposal archive, an industry-report corpus, and live web research. A six-stage pipeline handles: sector landscape pull, competitor benchmarking, problem-framing, solution design, financial model population, and executive-summary narrative. Senior consultants review and refine the structured draft in a collaborative Google Docs workspace. The system learned Afkar's house style from the top-20 winning proposals.

Client testimonial

“We went from being selective about which RFPs to chase to being able to respond to almost everything. The quality is more consistent than anything our junior team produced manually.”

Payload CMS v3 replaced a locked-down SharePoint publishing workflow for a Saudi Vision 2030-aligned development agency.
