Overview

Bilingual EN/AR WhatsApp bot grounded in live appointment slots and CCHI-approved insurance panel; triages pain severity, verifies coverage, and books same-day emergency slots. After-hours self-booking climbs from zero to 34 appointments per week.

The challenge

The clinic's front desk was overwhelmed during peak Riyadh hours, missing roughly 40% of inbound calls and leaving patients with painful conditions waiting until the next morning. Manual insurance verification against the CCHI panel took 12 minutes per patient, creating a bottleneck that delayed treatment decisions. The team needed a system that respected Saudi cultural expectations around Arabic-first interaction and confidentiality.


The solution

Our approach

Lirevon built a RAG pipeline over the clinic's live Cliniq365 slot feed and a curated CCHI-panel JSON, enabling the bot to answer insurance coverage questions with cited policy numbers in under two seconds. A three-tier pain-severity triage flow was implemented so patients with acute symptoms receive an emergency slot offer before any other conversation branch. All personally identifiable data is tokenised at ingress and never stored in the LLM context.
