Overview

The challenge

Safa's reception team was overwhelmed on weekends with simultaneous walk-in greetings, phone bookings, and gift-voucher queries. A 31% no-show rate was the highest pain point — blocked time-slots on weekends represented tens of thousands of dirhams in lost revenue monthly. The spa also held SAR 340,000 in unredeemed gift vouchers, many approaching expiry, with no proactive outreach mechanism.


The solution

Our approach

Lirevon deployed a Retell AI agent with a treatment-type preference flow and 28-service slot graph. A 48-hour pre-appointment reminder call is placed automatically; if the client cancels, the agent immediately offers the slot to the next caller on the waitlist. A gift-voucher expiry module runs nightly, identifying vouchers expiring within 30 days and triggering a personalised outbound SMS with a booking link.
