Overview

Bilingual EN/AR listing portal with RERA-compliant data fields, neighbourhood map heat-maps, mortgage eligibility calculator using CBB rates, and AI inquiry chatbot. Organic lead volume grows 3.4× in 5 months; cost-per-lead falls 57%.

The challenge

Bahrain's Real Estate Regulatory Authority introduced mandatory digital disclosure requirements in 2023, forcing brokerages still using PDF brochures and WhatsApp listings to rebuild their digital presence from scratch. Areen was losing qualified leads to larger portals like Property Finder despite having better local neighbourhood knowledge. Their website had a 71% bounce rate and zero structured property-data for search engines to index.


The solution

Our approach

Lirevon built a structured-data first architecture using JSON-LD property schema so every listing is immediately indexable by Google. The Mapbox neighbourhood heat-map layer was built using Bahrain's open parcel data and CBB transaction records, giving buyers the price-per-square-metre context they need to make decisions. The embedded Gemini chatbot is grounded on the listings database and can calculate mortgage instalments using live CBB base-rate data, qualifying buyers in the conversation.
