Overview

Self-service bilingual EN/AR employee portal: leave requests, payslip archive, WPS-compliant salary certificate generator, and Emiratisation tracking dashboard. HR email volume drops 61%; MOHRE compliance audit preparation time 4 days → 6 hours.

The challenge

Nashama's HR coordinators were drowning in email: leave-balance queries, salary-certificate requests for bank loans, and Emiratisation headcount reports consumed 70% of their working day. With UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) audits becoming more frequent, preparing compliance documentation was consuming 4 full working days per client. The WPS payment portal required salary certificates in a specific Arabic format that staff were generating manually in Word.


The solution

Our approach

Lirevon built a role-gated employee portal with a workflow-engine for leave requests (auto-routes to the correct approver based on org chart), a payslip archive pulled from the client's payroll system, and an instant WPS-compliant salary-certificate PDF generator with Arabic calligraphy formatting. The Emiratisation dashboard aggregates headcount by nationality in real time, generating a MOHRE-ready compliance package with one click.
