The challenge
Raqeem managed 34 active clients across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok and was spending 119 hours per week — equivalent to three full-time account managers — on manual report production. The existing PowerPoint reports were sent late 40% of the time and contained copy-paste errors that damaged client trust. Clients were also asking for Arabic-language summaries, which the team lacked the bandwidth to produce consistently.
The solution
Lirevon built a Sunday-night automation that authenticates into all four platform APIs, pulls 7-day performance data, and runs a 9-rule anomaly engine (CTR drops, CPA spikes, impression share losses). Gemini synthesises the anomaly flags into a 300-word Arabic narrative with recommended actions. The PDF is generated in the client's brand colours and the same narrative is converted to a WhatsApp audio note using a TTS voice, delivered by 08:00 Monday morning.
