Overview

Arabic-first parent-facing PWA: session booking, coach messaging, AI-generated performance reports, and SFDA-compliant nutrition tracking. Parent app engagement 4.8× baseline; coach admin hours per player per month fall 1.4 h → 18 min.

The challenge

Riyada's coaches were using WhatsApp groups to communicate with 400 parents across 8 disciplines, resulting in important progress updates being buried in chat histories. Coaches spent 1.4 hours per player per month writing individual progress reports in Word documents. The academy also wanted to offer personalised nutrition guidance but had no compliant way to do so without a registered dietitian involved in every case.


The solution

Our approach

Lirevon built a structured coach-input form that takes 4 minutes per player per session; Gemini transforms the structured data into a narrative progress report in Arabic, graded by age and sport. The nutrition module operates under SFDA general-wellness guidelines (not medical claims), offering macro targets and hydration reminders tailored to the player's sport and session intensity. Parents receive push notifications and a weekly PDF summary.

Academy renewal rate improved from 67% to 83% as parents cited the progress visibility as the top retention driver
